Orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday.
Ground shipping is offered for your convenience. We recommend that you ship perishable items via FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day AM®, or FedEx 2Day®. We provide and package all perishables with enough dry ice for 48-hours. Should you choose a ground shipping option in which delivery will take longer than 2 Days, we recommend purchasing additional dry ice (10 pounds for each additional 2 days). Please refer to the map below for Ground Delivery availability. Ground orders placed on and after Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping perishable articles over a weekend or holiday is discouraged.
Please Note: Packages shipped via Fed Ground Services will have one additional transit day due to next day pick-up. This map illustrates service schedules in business days as of June, 2016 for FedEx Ground shipments
A $20.00 handling fee is applied to all perishable orders, covering the cost of the ice chest, box, and dry ice. Please note each chest has a 20-pound limit which include 5 pounds of dry ice. An additional fee will be charged per 15-pounds. We ship using a reusable Styrofoam Cooler with dry ice to insure that your product arrives in excellent condition. Shipping rates are in addition to the handling fee.

All perishable goods are packed with dry ice to ensure products stay frozen, however, once your order is received by our carrier Leonard’s Marketplace is not responsible for any delays caused by FedEx or any adverse weather conditions. The shipping company will not accept responsibility for delays due to weather.
Leonard’s Marketplace is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the receiver is not available to receive the order. The driver will leave the package if no one’s home if he feels it is safe to do so. We recommend using a business address to ensure the package is received on time.
We make every effort to get your package to you in a timely manner, however we cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package where circumstances are beyond our control. To reduce the possibility of late arrival of your package, especially during the busy holiday season, place your order early.
All perishable food orders are final. There are no product or money back guarantees, and we cannot accept returns.
We use current FedEx rates. This charge depends on the weight and destination of the order. The quote in the shipping cart is an estimate and is valid for most orders. However, there may be other fees involved.
Please verify the shipping address is correct as the carrier charges an error correction fee. An incorrect address could also delay delivery of the package.
